How do I order a digital portrait?

• Solo (1x subject) = $120
• Duo (2x subjects) = $240
• Group (3x subjects) = $360

What will I provide you with?

Once you’ve completed your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from us. In this confirmation email you will receive a link to our Customer Information Form wherein you will indicate your special requests and upload the reference photo of your digital portrait (max 1mb file size).

It is important for us to see the subject in detail so we can deliver the best product to you. We will let you know if we cannot work with the image you've provided. 

Allow 5-7 days for the digital art to be completed. The portrait will be sent to the same email you've provided during checkout.

 

What will I receive?

A high resolution digital portrait based on the reference image you have provided. The art style will be the same as the samples given. You may choose between full color or black & white. Image sizes can either be A4 or Instagram portrait size of 2160 x 2700px, 300 DPI, and with flat background (not transparent).

You are allowed one revision (if needed). Additional time will be discussed once requested. Further revisions will be charged accordingly.

 

Can I cancel an order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. 

 

What if I want to make an inquiry?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.
